J&J Stables is a small horse training & boarding facility located on the outskirts of Platteville WI, about 1 mile from UW-Platteville campus. We offer personalized horse care for all ages, breeds, & disciplines of horses. We work to meet each horses individual needs as well as those of the owner! We, at J&J live on sight and work hard to get to know each horses personality and work in and around

them daily. Jack has a love for starting horses and working with aspiring riders. Nat enjoys working on the more finished type of horses and enjoys sharing her love of horses with lesson students. We have horses available across a range of ages and stages. Some are born and raised right here by our family. Others are horses we brought into our program that are looking for a different fit.

Weanlings, yearlings, broodmares, started horses, finished horses. What's available changes with the season.

Every horse that leaves here is one we know personally. We don't move horses we can't speak honestly about.

This past week wrapped up A Streakin Oaks foaling season!

Love this stallion to death and we think his foals look amazing. I wish I could say foaling season was a breeze, but it sure seems worth it to watch the pasture full of mama's and babies.

We have a few more foals to hit the ground yet this year, but Trappers band finished up on Wednesday morning!

Very grateful for all the Veterinary Staff that helped us make it to this point this season!! So so appreciated!!
