Pappardelle with Creamy Vodka & Italian Sausage

Brown sliced Italian sausage in a pan. Add Fasta Creamy Vodka Sauce and warm through.

Toss with cooked pappardelle and a splash of pasta water to loosen. Finish with fresh basil and parmesan.

Spring Bucatini with Lemon Artichoke Pesto & Asparagus

1) Trim and blanch asparagus, cut into bite-sized pieces.

2) Cook bucatini (2 min), reserve a 1/2 cup of pasta water. Toss hot pasta with Fasta Lemon Artichoke Pesto, asparagus, a splash of pasta water to loosen, and finish with shaved parmesan and cracked black pepper.

Optional: add shrimp from Kepler's for a full meal.
