BUUZ ID "BUUZ" is one of the famous traditional dish in Mongolia. It is tender, juicy and of course "MEATY" as Mongolian other dishes.

It is Mongolian traditional dumpling where similar to Japanese Gyoza, Tibetan MoMo, Chinese Baozi and Italian Ravioli. Compared to other dumpling styles, Mongolian Buuz is made of simple ingredients such as beef, onion, garlic, cabbage, flour, pinch of salt and water.
