General information
Started Brewing in early 2011 after a coworker described his brewing history. After a (very) expensive lunch break to the local home brew shop. Had a kit and enough stuff to get dangerous with a wine and an Octoberfest-Style Ale. Brewed the Beer on a Saturday Night to ferment in a 5-Gal water jug. Woke up Sunday morning to find it had blown the air-lock and stopper off shooting yeast. kraussen, and hop sediment all over the spare bedroom where I was sitting them to ferment. After a run to Ace Hardware for a makeshift blow-off tube. finished the beer out and bottled it 2 weeks later. Due to the incident in the spare bedroom, Spare Oom Brewery was born!
