If you pre ordered your sourdough it is in a bag behind the crate of sourdough with your name on it.

I have 2 loaves of sourdough that was baked yesterday morning. I’ll update you as I sell them. If there is not update they are still on the stand!!

How I Make My Sourdough Pretzel Bites

1. Mix all ingredients together to form the dough.
2. Allow the dough to ferment and rise.
3. Divide and roll the dough into bite-sized balls.
4. Let the pretzel balls go through a second rise until they become puffy.
5. Refrigerate them for about 10 hours to firm up the dough and help them hold their shape.
6. Give each pretzel bite a baking soda bath, which creates the classic pretzel flavor and chewy crust.
7. Sprinkle with salt.
8. Bake until golden brown and delicious.

From start to finish, the process takes time and patience, but the result is soft, chewy sourdough pretzel bites with incredible flavor. The long fermentation process may also contribute to a lower glycemic response compared to conventional pretzels, while helping develop the rich taste and texture that make sourdough so special. 🥨✨
