Stiles Vegetable Farm has been family owned and operated since 1950. Started by Richard Stiles and his wife Ruth Stiles in 1950, the farm was ran by Richard Stiles and his daughter Susan Stiles-Saftig together after the death of his wife Ruth and until his death in April of 2013. After the passing of her father Susan was able to continue her mother and fathers legacy, which is something they both

would love. This farm was the heart and soul of the Stiles Family and has been providing the area with local and home grown vegetables, as well as annuals, perennials and all types of flower baskets and arrangements.

I have been busy so I haven't had time to tell you that the southern tomatoes and Georgia sweet corn are ready. The southern peaches are absolutely wonderful. I have plums and nectarines that are also delicious. We are starting to have more varieties of vegetables. A lot of my accent plants are also ready if you have any areas that need filling. It's been a cold winter so far but the sun is shining today. As you can see my little seedlings are happy and growing fast. It won't be long and I will start transplanting them. It smells and looks like spring in the greenhouses

Just checking in to let everybody know, I've officially started working in the green house to grow our pretty flowers for spring! Hopefully I can keep everyone updated with pictures as our flowers grow. I want to wish everybody a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. I hope everyone is well. Side note, I went shopping on a busy day, despite the long lines and the busy store, it was a happy, friendly environment just like the stand! Hope to see you all in the spring stay safe!
