Cedar Crest Farm - Pleasant Valley, NY Raising dairy goats in Pleasant Valley, NY, since 1984. Come visit us! Cedar Crest Farm is an official Historic Site of the Town of Pleasant Valley, New York.

The barn interior has original hand-hewn chestnut beams with mortise and tenon construction. The original farmhouse was built in 1756. Other structures on the farm include a chicken coop, shed, garage and a network of stone walls crossing 47 acres of land. The farm is home to a herd of registered Toggenburg dairy goats, as well as a flock of sheep and free-range chickens.
