Just to let everyone know, the processor Fairview Custom Butchering has changed butchers and will no longer process quarters unless 2 people split a half and use the same cut sheet.

I have a quarter of a calf to sell to finish selling a calf and another calf that is ready for processing also.

It's also hormone and antibiotic free. The price is 2.25 pound plus processing. Processing is about 725 for a 1000 pound calf. I also deliver and it hangs in a cooler 10 days for aging. You can get any cuts you want. I sell whole halves or quarters of the animal. Thanks
