Sweet Spot TN is a small-batch micro bakery in Pleasant View, Tennessee, specializing in handcrafted sourdough goods and custom chocolate-covered treats. Inspired by my family's South Florida restaurant roots and childhood days baking with my mom and grandma, this bakery is built on love, family, and the joy of sharing good food. We bake fresh sourdough breads, bagels, donuts topped with chocolate ganache, gooey cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip cookies, blueberry muffins with crumb topping, and fan-favorite "flight boxes" featuring rotating creations like jalapeño cheddar and strawberry white chocolate. We also craft custom-designed chocolate-covered Oreos, pretzel rods, and homemade rice crispy treats—perfect for birthdays, events, or just because. Happy Friday! ❤️ A little menu pivot for today’s H.G. Hill Pleasant View restock:

Sea Salt Sourdough Focaccia, Cheddar Chili Oil Crunch Focaccia, Rosemary Garlic Focaccia, Sourdough Ciabattas, Cinnamon Rolls + a limited number of Classic Loaves.

A little update for tomorrow’s H.G. Hill restock ❤️

I was involved in a pretty bad car accident earlier this afternoon and unfortunately my car was totaled. I sustained a few minor injuries, so I’m going to need to take tomorrow to rest, recover, and regroup.

Because of that, I won’t be able to fulfill Thursday’s full lineup as planned, and I sincerely apologize for the last-minute change. My husband will still be dropping off Classic Sourdough Loaves + Sourdough Blueberry Muffins tomorrow since those were already prepared before the accident.

I also want to say a huge thank you to the couple who pulled over to help me, the Circle K attendant who ran out to make sure I was okay, and the random truck driver who came over with his fire extinguisher ready to help. And of course, thank you to Coopertown PD and the Pleasant View firefighters/EMS for their incredibly quick response and care.🥺

Tonight I’m counting my blessings and hugging my loved ones a little tighter. ❤️ You truly never know what tomorrow brings.

Thank you all so much for your understanding. I’m hopeful I’ll be able to rest up and resume my normal baking schedule for Friday and Saturday.
