TWS Wine of The Week: The debuting 2025 Domaine des Plus-de-Vie, utilizing Livermore Valley-grown (mostly!) Syrah, Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre, and Muscat. These were (unusually) co-fermented, briefly aged in oversized neutral oak, and bottled last March 27. Enjoy “PdV” and five other related wines (Madison Vineyards!!) this week at our WineBar Mezzanine!
