About Us
Grass fed beef where we go the extra mile. This is not your typical grass fed beef. Here the calves are rotated every day or two during the grass growing season. They are given vinegar, free choice alfalfa, and annual crops of oats, rye and white clover. Because of the additional work put into these calves, the meat is healthier and tastier than what is typical. You are welcome to come see the farm and choose your calf.
