Front porch ponderings 🌷

There’s something about sunshine, coffee, and quiet time with the Lord that makes everything feel possible again. The stillness of the morning, the warmth on my face—it settles my heart before the day ever begins.

The to-do list can wait. It always will. But this time? This is where I get filled up first.

I’m so grateful for this little place of rest… this daily reset… this gift I don’t want to rush past. It truly is my shalom.

Easter lunch came right off the homestead.
Grass-fed brisket, deviled eggs fresh from the morning gathering, bacon bits from pasture raised pigs, tallow for the cooking.
We can't get much more locally sourced than from our own backyard 🔥

Update....he has a home!
This one Border Collie baby remains! His brothers and sisters all have found homes. He is seriously the sweetest guy with the softest eyes. He loves to be near and is eager to please!
