5.2% Franconian-style Kellerbier- A love letter of sorts to Franconia and the kellers and breweries we've visited in the countryside.

Leaning amber with a malty, bready sweetness, balanced by a pronounced earthy and herbal bitterness and a drying, slightly minerally finish. Character meets drinkability.

Intended as a tap only offering, by request we are packaging a small quantity to go in the coming days.

New this week- Soulstice Saison-
This bright Farmhouse style Ale is brewed with pils malt and wheat, our farmhouse ale strain, and Lemon Balm harvested from our garden.

Sparkling like champagne from a secondary bottle fermentation, this is a highly carbonated, exceptionally crisp and mildly tart ale with notes of pepper, lemony citrus, earthy and floral hops, and a dry, quenching finish.

In our continuing commitment to providing lower ABV but full-flavored drinking options, and in a nod to the tradition of this style as a field workers beer, this refresher is 4.2% ABV on tap, with the bottle-conditioned version coming in a little higher at 4.4%.

Available now on tap and, better yet, bottle-conditioned in 500 ml splits.
