Second Mouse will be on site with 🧀 Cheese Plates, gourmet sandwiches 🥪 and your favorite cheeses to take home!

🎟️ Tickets are on sale now with more information available at caramoor.org. Adult tickets are $59 in advance and $65 on the day of the festival.

Named for Walden Ridge in Tennessee’s Sequatchie Valley, this Reblochon-style cheese is less pungent, with notes of mushroom and walnuts, and a subtle earthiness.

Walden pairs beautifully with a crisp white or a slightly sweet cider. Sub for butter on a hunk of fresh bread. Add some prosciutto for additional savory texture & flavor.
