Not only is this the best pita that I have ever had, it is also closest to the regular pita that I grew up with in a Lebanese American kitchen. Even served without hearing, it is reminiscent of the flat bread lavash. So good with some fresh hummus. Sahctime!

Incredible protocols at Sorrento's at to enjoy some delicious pizza. A separate chef prepares your pizza in a separate location (pic attached), so that the chefs who are preparing the regular pizza don't accidentally contaminate your food with gluten. Highly recommend this delicious option. Enjoy!
