D&R Farm

D&R Farm is a produce farm located in Henry County in the community of Franklinton. ALL of our produce is locally grown on our farm.

Our produce selection includes tomato, potato, peppers, broccoli, green beans, squash, zucchini and sweet corn.

We are back at the La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans this weekend! We are so excited to see everyone after our two week break!

Thank you to everyone for the accolades for our son’s graduation and your support as a vendor at the farmers market. They did not go unnoticed. It is truly a pleasure of cooking breakfast for you guys on Saturday mornings.

In addition to breakfast, we have strawberry jelly made with our fresh locally grown strawberries and lettuce and kale.

Memorial Day Special- Buy any pkg. of pork and get a free vegetable ( kale, lettuce, or radishes.)

Gentle Reminder that we will NOT be at La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans tomorrow Saturday, May 9. We will be attending college graduation for our son William! We will miss everyone and see you next week.

It was great seeing all of you last Saturday at La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans. Thank you so much for your support! We are looking forward to seeing you again this Saturday and introducing our two new pork products - Extra Sage Sausage Patties and Uncured Bacon! I am not a huge sausage fan but these extra sage sausage patties were absolutely delicious! We will also be fully stocked with cheddar-jalapeno brats for those derby cookouts. Come see us.

The wait is over - La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans will start the 2026 season this Saturday. We are so excited to see everyone! Come out and enjoy a delicious breakfast, stock up on our pasture-raised pork, and grab a jar of grape jelly made with New York Concord grapes. Unfortunately, we are taking a much-needed break from our feathered friends aka chickens this year so we will not have eggs or chicken for sale this year. Hope to see everyone this Saturday!

Last week, I was honored of receiving the Friends of Agriculture Award for my efforts in agriculture, horticulture, and extension volunteering. I am incredibly gratefully and humble by this recognition. A huge thank you for Gretchen Winslow for presenting the award.

Sharing my passion of agriculture with community is one of my greatest joys- whether it is teaching about the hard work farmers do, where our food truly comes from, or the importance of growing locally grown produce. I am proud to be part of this meaningful work and serving our community.

I also would to give a huge shout out to my husband - Daniel. His love of farming has been such an inspiration for my love of agriculture. Our journey of farming from starting with no equipment or land to battling raccoons and weather to the joys of providing fresh produce at the La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans and owning a farm has been rewarding and educational. We make an awesome team!

Hello! A few Reminders:

🍳 We will not be at La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans this Saturday, October 18 but we will be back for the very last farmers market of the season on October 25.

🦃 Don’t forgot to reserve your Thanksgiving turkey. Locally grown and pasture raised.

🐓 Whole chickens will be available the end of October. Reserve one today. They make great chicken and dumplings.

🎃 Do you have a Halloween party this year and need a cute cake? Look at these adorable chocolate chip cookie cakes. Pre-order these cakes for pick up at the October 25 farmers market or local pick up. Only $35.00!

🍇 Concord grape are in season in western New York where we will be this weekend so I will have grape jelly made from these delicious grapes at the October 25 farmers market. Make sure you get a jar.

La Grange Farmers' Market & Artisans is tomorrow! We are excited to see everyone in the morning! We have an END OF YEAR SPECIAL tomorrow so make sure you come out and take advantage of these special deals.

Don't forget to stock up on chicken and pork for the winter.
