Tomorrow the gluten free menu consists of blueberry muffins, bagels, and mini lemon poppyseed scones, and they all taste AMAZING!! I've been working really hard this week to perfect some recipes. I look forward to seeing you all tomorrow at the Shelby County, Kentucky Farmers' Market!!! 8am-noon at the Stargazer Plaza.

What happens as a baker when your family.members get diagnosed with celiacs? You start experimenting with gluten free. Starting tomorrow 8/22 Moonlight Farms Homestead will officially be transitioning to gluten free. For the rest of this season we will still feature our wheat flour bagels and sourdough, but we will also have gluten free baked goods, starting with gluten free cheddar rolls tomorrow. All gluten free items have been baked prior to the wheat containing items and packaged separately prior to gluten bread handling. All items will also be tested (by Chris) to ensure no cross contamination. Thank you for your understanding as we make this transition. The Shelby County, Kentucky Farmers' Market is popping this morning!! We have sourdough, croissants, bagels, honey, blueberry and blackberry jam, and others have maple syrup, peaches, onions, breads, cookies, flowers, and so much more!! We have a very busy weekend! Tonight we will be set up at the Love Local Market at the Henry County Public Library. Tomorrow we are back at the Shelby County, Kentucky Farmers' Market, and I will also be doing a workshop on Homesteading at the Shelby County Public Library Can't wait to see you all!!

Market season is my favorite time of year Shelby County, Kentucky Farmers' Market! Sunday brunch brought to you by cream cheese French toast made with Sugar & Faith Home Bakery cinnamon sourdough loaf, and fried egg sandwiches with Bramble and Birds eggs, toasted Loaves of Love sourdough loaf, and spicy mango cheese from Something Cheesy (not a vendor, but visit their store 2 doors down)!!
