A cold, wet spring meant less of the light early nectar, so this year's harvest is mostly rich, darker honey. We also have a few limited jars in a lighter shade from the small early spring nectar our bees brought in. Visit us at the Plum Boro Monday Market from 3-7 and see if you can taste the difference!

Our first harvest of the season has begun! This will definitely take some time to extract and bottle but we will have a few jars at the Plum Boro Monday Market this week (7/13/26) from 3:00-7:00.

We’re currently sold out of honey but the ladies were busy bringing in pollen today (this pic is from last year though)....

We’re currently sold out of honey but the ladies were busy bringing in pollen today (this pic is from last year though). Soon they’ll be collecting the nectar for our Spring Honey Harvest (end of June)!
