We are pleased to inform fellow Plumas Lake residents that our Jalapeno and Habanero Jams have achieved State Certification. We have recently completed the last four products and are now manufacturing in a Certified Kitchen. The certification process has been quite extensive, requiring a significant amount of time and effort to ensure our products meet all necessary safety and regulatory standards. We are currently developing a website to showcase our products, which are currently available for purchase at Quenchies and Munchies in Marysville.

Our product line now includes Cowboy Candy Jam, Strawberry-Pineapple Jalapeño Habanero, BlackBerry Jalapeno Habanero, Spicy Pineapple Jalapeno Habanero, Huckleberry Jalapeno, Habanero, and Peach Jalapeno Habanero. Additionally, we are working on certifying our Marmalade and finalizing our Cranberry Crush.
