Day 4 vs Day 13

Stitches came out, I can lift over 5lbs now. Doctor says it can take 6 months or longer for my arm to have normal function again. I have free range to resume regular activities as tolerated. With a lot of patience and grace, I will get where I need to be. 🙏🏼

Outside is healing, inside is just a little further behind.
