Wing & drummies made with our Flavor Sauce (the stuff we pretty much put on everything):

Wings:
Brine for 4 hours (see recipe below)
Pat dry with paper toweling
Coat in Baking Powder, salt, pepper, refrigerate for 1-2 hours
Air fry @ 360 for 15 mins, flip, 15 mins on other side
Air fry @ 400 for 5 mins, flip, 5 mins other side
Toss is sauce (see recipe below), serve with favorite dipping sauce

Brine:
6 cups water
1/4 cup salt
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/8 white sugar
1/8 cups red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon white pepper
1 teaspoons black pepper

Sauce:
5 oz Flavor Sauce
1/2 c Butter (melted)
1 tsp Baking Powder

COVID + long cold winter = 12 new hot sauces!

After our last batch of sauces sold like hot cakes, we decided to hit the kitchen and cook up some more curiosities. Some of these are oldies and some experimental new ones. All upgraded with branding and fun new labels.

Flavors: Bold & Smoky, Habanero, Gochujang Style, Very Berry, Carolina Reaper, Verde Blend, Chipotle Reaper, Flavor Blend, Jamaican Jerk, Mango Pineapple, Peri Peri Style, Beer Infused (Hefeweizen)
