Had an order go out today and it was fun to make. A 9 inch blueberry cheesecake and a 9 inch caramel cheesecake. Then assorted minis with the following flavors:
Fruity pebbles: fruity pebbles crust with fruity pebbles in the cheesecake batter.
Monster cookie dough (like the 9 inch)
Cinnamon roll: nilla wafer crust with cinnamon in the cheesecake filling and layers of cinnamon sugar within the cheesecake topped with homemade icing.
Chocolate covered strawberry: oreo crust with strawberry cheesecake filling topped with chocolate ganache and chocolate whipped cream.

Made a Snickers cheesecake! An Oreo and peanut crust with a layer of homemade caramel and chocolate ganache with cheesecake filling that has snickers pieces in it topped with more chocolate ganache, whipped cream and snickers and drizzled with more homemade caramel 😋
