Thanks Brandon Mauck for getting the girls all cleaned up and ready for lambing season.

We will have a small 1st week of December group and bigger January/February group. Preg checks will confirm our suspicions this next month.

Yesterday we made the trip to RSG with small group to AI for January lambs. We have never AI’ed this late before but with some changes going on we are trying to make some state fair babies. This group and our live cover lambs should be ultra competitive.

These two show ewes have come back to us after their county fairs. We are getting them ready for an open show tomorrow. Our goal this year was to make our sheep more attractive from the side. I’d say these two hit that mark.

A big high five goes out to Reagan Leeper for a great Marshall County Fair! Winning at our home county that we grew up in and currently live in with sheep that we raised just means a little more. Thank you to the Leeper family for working so hard with our ewe lambs.

When you find a family that flat gets it done you send them good ones and let them go to work! After an amazing first year I knew their second year would be even better. The Sparenberg family has been incredible to work with and had a great sheep show day at the Benton County Fair, Indiana.
