I kept delaying this post with the hope that the warm weather and sunshine this week would bring on a resurgence of berries. Unfortunately, it did not. There were just hardly any berries this year.

I am so sorry to the hundreds of you who have reached out along the way, hoping for strawberries. I share your disappointment, as I also have an empty freezer this summer.

Hopefully we will have a better crop next year. Thank you all for your support!!

Many of you have been inquiring about the strawberries, and we are getting close! Our fields were hit by frosts and a freeze several times this spring, so we lost a portion of our yield, but it looks like we will still have some lovely berries. We will keep you posted, but we plan to open starting with pre-picked berries either Tuesday or Wednesday of this upcoming week. Have a wonderful holiday weekend!!
