Today is National Eat Your Vegetables Day!

If you're fresh out of veggies in your house, plan to celebrate one day late and come to the Beatrice Farmers Market to stock up tomorrow. We'll have asparagus, rhubarb, beets, carrots, lettuce, cucumbers, and much more!

It was SO FUN to have the 2026 Tractor Ride Across Nebraska stop at the farm! The tractor drivers got to learn what a CSA is and see where we grow vegetable crops at the farm. The next stop was lunch, so they couldn’t stay long!

If you’re in Beatrice, keep an eye out for the tractors over the next few days. They’ll be around through Wednesday!
