We’re proud to recognize Boxford Bakehouse on their recent honor from the Massachusetts Legislative Manufacturing Caucus. At the 10th Annual Manufacturing Awards, Boxford Bakehouse received the 2025 Manufacturing Award in recognition of their dedication to sustainability and the continued advancement of manufacturing in Massachusetts.

Based in Plymouth, Boxford Bakehouse is an organic certified food manufacturer and co packer producing an impressive range of dry and baked goods, from cookies and biscuits to protein snacks and powders, granolas, dry mixes, and more, supporting brands across the region and beyond.

JOIN US! Boxford Bakehouse is a fast growing commercial bakery and co-packing facility based in Plymouth, MA. We’re currently seeking a Bakery Production Associate to assist in the production and packaging of dry mixes and baked goods.

If you ever wanted to dive into the food or baking industry, this is a great opportunity with a fun crew.

The Bakery Production Associate will perform various duties and tasks assigned in the production and packaging of food products, including scaling, measuring, mixing and operating depositing equipment. Duties will include filling and sealing pouches/bags, cases or cartons, inspection of product, and assembly of cartons or cases on pallets.

Duties will also include inventory management, and shipping & receiving. Production Associate will be required to perform unassisted and conduct repetitive movements and lifting of materials weighing 25 lbs. – 50 lbs. This may include moving full pallets and operating a pallet jack.

This position also performs tasks necessary to maintain the Bakery's current cleaning and sanitation standards. Under general supervision, the Production Associate will be required to follow standard operating procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

Qualified candidates will have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task. Ideally, the right candidate will have ServSafe and/or Allergen certifications and experience working in a commercial production kitchen or bakery.
