Vendor Highlight: Caracara Custards & Sorbets. It's not a festival without ice cream, custard, and sorbets. We are excited Madison is returning this year with his amazing flavors - cheers to pickle- flavored ice cream!

New activity - We are will have a culture swap table this year. For example, bring some kefir grains, take home a sour dough starter. Meet others who love to ferment and tell them about your culture!
We still have seats available in the workshops: Coffee Cupping/Tasting (1030-noon); Cheese 101 Tasting (1230-2 pm); Fermented Pickles (2:30-4 pm). See www.independentfermentations.com/events for registration information.

Activities/Demonstrations include Bokashi Composting, Make-Your-Own Sauerkraut, Homebrew Demo, Culture Swap, and Science/Sensory Lab.
