TACOS! Grass-fed local beef from Whips Farm, native tomatoes & lettuce, asiago-cheddar cheese, and cloumage on a hard or soft shell.
Because these cows are allowed to graze on historic Old Sandwich Road, they produce a much leaner meat. Take a ride down Old Sandwich Road to see them sometime! We think you'll agree that it's much better than the corn and soy beef we generally see from the midwest.
Cloumage, produce by Shy Brothers Farm in Westport, was recently named a top trend by Bon Appetit and is a great alternative to sour cream! Pictured here drizzled with hot sauce.
The asiago-cheddar is Atwell's Gold, Narragansett Creamery's flagship cheese and what we use on our veggie wraps.
