On Saturday and Sunday I was a part of a craft fair. The coordinator of the fair was nice enough to let me be a participant at this fair at the last moment. When she found out that I made fudge, she really wanted me to put that in my booth. Initially I didn’t intend to have the fudge but because she wanted it I spent the extra time making one wheel of fudge. Unfortunately I had lost the original recipe and made another. The outcome of that fudge was substandard and I even knew that. The white chocolate was OK but the dark chocolate was brittle and hard. Our fudge is always always soft and melts in your mouth. This was not. What I did was sacrifice the We**ie Fudge brand name for making someone else happy. My fault totally. I will never ever put our brand name in jeopardy again for the sake of someone else. If the product is not the always excellent fudge that we make, it will not be put out for the public.
My partner had nothing to do with this so it’s all put on me and I take total responsibility. If there is anyone that was not satisfied with the fudge on Saturday and Sunday, please let me know and I will refund your money in a heartbeat. If you paid in cash I will drive to where you live and pay you back.
Again, this will never ever ever, did I say ever, happen again. We have been making excellent fudge since 2010 and we will continue doing so. Thanks. Nan

So it's been a while (3+ years - whoo boy!). But Nancy and I are dusting off our baking jackets and bringing out the we**ies for Valentines Day this year!! Planning to do peanut butter & milk chocolate, and a Valentines Explosion (semi-sweet & white with valentines candy galore). Fudge will be ready to go starting 2/1 - get your orders in. Nothing says "I love you" like a we**ie!!

Nancy and I just packaged bunch of orders - still have all the Christmas flavors left (and also some Turtle and Eggnog & Mocha), but we are running LOW on some. Get your orders in by the 16th!

Also, for "we**ie-cookies" - $0.50/cookie, $5/dozen (bargain!). Current flavor-combos we're trying out:
- Gingersnap cookie w/ snickerdoodle-eggnog fudge
- Chocolate cookie w/ candy cane crunch & dark chocolate fudge
- Brown sugar cookie w/ Christmas Explosion fudge
- Brown sugar cookie w/ peanut butter & chocolate fudge
