A little farm upgrade we’re pretty excited about!

Our new (to us) freezer gives us much better organization for all of our different pork and chicken cuts, and the glass front doors will make it so much easier to see what we have in stock.

Hope everyone is having a great Labor Day weekend!

We kicked off college football season the best way we know how, with good food made from what we’ve grown and raised right here at home.

We smoked some of our chicken wings and tossed them in a peach habanero sauce we canned last year, then paired them with hand-cut air-fried potatoes fresh from our garden.

There’s just something special about enjoying a meal when you can look around and know exactly where it came from.
