Good morning, all!
It's been a long minute since I have posted. I am diligently working on getting the schedule together for the spring/summer events that we will be attending. As you all know we have switched to the mobile trailer to continue serving the community. We will be operating during the spring and summer at this time, as well as our catering services. This has been a long process, but I can't wait to be back up and running. I will be posting the menus per event that I will be attending.

A couple "new" items added will be flat bread pizza's and "Fresh Fruit" smoothies, we will still offer the wraps and paninis.

We are diligently working on the food truck to get it ready. I’ll keep everyone posted once we’re ready to serve all of you again.

We are still available for our catering services, charcuterie boxes/tables, cheesecake cups or lunch options.

Good morning all,
We will be closed for the holiday weekend! I’ll be at the building today for charcuterie box pick up for those of you who ordered boxes.

Update on changes:
After careful consideration we have decided to go fully operational on our food truck, we will still be available for our catering services daily; which means if your ordering charcuterie boxes/charcuterie table set up or cheesecake cups for an event please feel free to reach out for our services.

The demand for our catering services has exceeded our expectations and does not leave a lot of time to continue serving lunch out of the building. We will continue to prep at our building for events and available for your catering needs.

I’m working on trying to be setup in knox with the food truck on fridays(location to be determined).

Side note: we are not out of business, we are just restructuring a few things to better serve all of you!
