Apple C***r Donut Holes Bread Pudding

Ingredients
• 2 tbsp. butter, softened
• 2 doz. Back Door Bakeshop Apple C***r Donut Holes
• 2 c. milk
• 3 c. heavy cream
• 4 large eggs
• 3 tbsp. raw sugar
• ½ tsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
• ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
• boiling water for pan
Directions
• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• Butter bottom and sides of a 9”x13” baking dish.
• Cut donut holes into fourths, arrange evenly in dish.
• Heat milk and cream in a saucepan over medium heat until just about to simmer; remove from heat.
• In a large bowl, whisk eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, and nutmeg.
• Whisking constantly, slowly add the cream into the egg mixture.
• Pour evenly over donut holes; let stand for one minute. (Liquid will be absorbed quickly, so don’t let this sit longer than a minute.)
• Set dish in a roasting pan; transfer to oven. Pour boiling water into the roasting pan–about halfway up sides of the dish.
• Bake until golden brown, about 50 minutes.
• Cool on a rack 10 to 20 minutes.
• Serve warm.
Optional toppings:
Vanilla Caramel Sauce; Fresh Whipped Cream; Ice Cream

Pumpkin Spice Cups? Yes Please!

-2 cups pumpkin spice cheerios
-1/2 cup almond butter
-1/4 cup honey
-pumpkin spice seasoning to taste
-1 cup white chocolate chips
-1-2 tsp coconut oil

Combine cheerios, almond butter, honey, and pumpkin spice in a bowl and mix until well combined. Place in muffin tins and pack down as best you can.

Melt chocolate & coconut oil and spread on top of cheerio mixture. Top with more pumpkin spice seasoning if desired. Place in freezer for about 30 minutes before removing from muffin tins- store in fridge & enjoy!

🍂 Rosemary Roasted Butternut Squash
Simple ingredients. Crispy, caramelized edges. All the fall flavor.

Ingredients�• 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded & cubed�• 2 Tbsp butter, melted�• 2 Tbsp olive oil�• 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped�• ½ tsp salt�• ¼ tsp black pepper

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Add cubed butternut squash to a large bowl.
3. Drizzle with melted butter and olive oil. Add rosemary, salt and pepper, then toss until evenly coated.
4. Spread squash in a single layer on a baking sheet.
5. Roast for 30–35 minutes, tossing halfway through, until tender with golden, caramelized edges.
6. Finish with a little extra fresh rosemary and serve warm.
7. Perfect alongside roasted chicken, pork or your favorite fall dinner. 🍁
