The corn stand is loaded once again with juicy sweet cobs picked just 10 minutes ago! Lucky for everyone, we found another section in the field with cobs that ripened a bit later than the others thanks to the intense soil compaction from the hail earlier this summer. Come get it while you can for all your Labor Day festivities!

Today will be our last day of the season! We've got the stand loaded a little extra full and we will try to keep it that way. The kernels are big and tasty!

Stand is full for the day! Please do not drive on the grass after last night's rain.

We did a little taste test last night and about 90% of the ears are still incredibly sweet!

We're getting very close to the end of the season. Tday or tomorrow will likely be our last day, we just have not decided on this yet.

If you haven't noticed, the "boys' day of adventures" usually starts before they're even out of their pajamas!
This morning's wooded expedition led to a major discovery: a ginormous puffball mushroom. True to their entrepreneurial spirit, the boys immediately decided it needs to go up for sale.
