❄️ On a chilly weekend afternoon, grab a hot coffee from the Cafeteria and embark on a behind-the-scenes tour of the farm. With cooks and farmers as your guides, learn (and taste) how ingredients make their way from the field or greenhouse to the kitchen––even with two feet of snow on the ground.

If you’ve enjoyed a holiday tree this season, make it a gift that keeps on giving. 🌲

Our goats are more than happy to recycle your pesticide-free* trees into a feast. To donate, drop by any day of the week between 8am and 1pm from December 26th to January 31st. Follow signs to the Greenhouse Parking Lot, where you will find two labeled crates to deposit your trees.

‼️ *We would like to avoid any chemical treatments including pesticides, retardants, and colorants. Trees should also be free of tinsel, glitter, or any additional decorations. Please note that the best way to know for sure if your tree is untreated is to *contact the retailer*
