I want to do a shout out to show my appreciation for Tim Norton. Tim has spent the past 5 years building a stage in his beautiful back yard. I feel very honored to have been invited to his first concert on The Gully Stage last night. I was just tickled pink to see so many long time friends among the 50 or so guests. Lovely show by Javier Mendoza.

This was a flashback for me of all the years of live music at PVB. I am still hopeful that as I craft an exit strategy into retirement that someone will pick up the baton to carry the live music tradition at PVB on our stages.

I am looking for a dedicated part-time Master Chef that can work Thursday, Friday and Saturday to anchor our kitchen operations such that I can spend more time with family and brew our beer at PVB. I simply can't continue to do all the cooking and brew full time too. Competitive pay and benefits.

I started the business 30 years ago because I love brewing and the fermentation process. Dont get me wrong. I love to cook as well. Have you tried my Spanish Paella or other specialty menu items? If not, come down for dinner and I will share some fun pictures of my new granddaughter, Hazel.

If you have lived in Poky for years, you may remember my oldest son Jeremias. He worked at the brewery on and off for years and had Poly Free Bikes in the old Powerhouse.

Mias and his wife, Erika, had their first child. (my first grandchild) yesterday. Stop by the brewery this weekend for some dinner and share my excitement and pictures of little Hazel.

If so, help me find someone to take over the kitchen operations. The brewing equipment is ready to brew. I started PVB 30 years ago because I love to brew beer and ferment things. I just need a great support team so I can go back to running the company and making our beer.
