Try our Crayfish Etouffee for dinner tonight!
This is a delicious Cajun dish made with celery, onions and peppers sautéed in a rich butter roux, then simmered with tomatoes and Cajun seasonings. The crayfish were caught in local streams, cleaned and boiled with Cajun seasonings. Shelled and frozen to add to this delicious dish just for you. Served over rice with your choice of soup or salad. This special won't last long and when it's gone.
Dinner served 4-8pm tonight.

Join us tonight for a relaxing and delicious dinner. These specials were so good we sold out last night. I am making more this afternoon for dinner service this evening. I also made a huge pan of Beef and Italian Sausage Lasagna with fresh herbs from my garden. Scrumptious!

Shhhh.... don't tell anyone.

This year is the 30 year anniversary for PVB. I will open this evening (Thursday) for happy hour from 5-6pm. I am rolling back the price on beer to my 1996 prices for happy hour the rest of this year. At least until I find a buyer for the business to turn the page to the next chapter of the PVB adventure.

I will also have happy hour on Friday and Saturday from 4-6pm that will include some delicious $5 appetizer specials like Chicken Satay with Thai Peanut sauce.

Join me this evening for a frosty beverage, some conversation, and take home some SuperGurt yogurt and fresh free range eggs from my chickens and ducks. Or just come wander around the building and imagine the possibilities of what you could do with the business and building if you owned it.
