The flooring went in pretty quickly and has been my favorite part of the whole build (so far). Starting to look pretty nice in there!
Still need to grout, add mop boards and trim around the windows and door, install sink and washing machine and get water lines hooked in. And the mini split needs a little something so the refrigerant doesn’t leak out again.
Baby steps. ❤️ When should we plan to be open for business? Sept 1st? Too soon? Hmmm…

Had some tiles donated and started learning how to install tiles. We aren’t professionals and this part is taking forever. Ben said we should have just put up some vinyl or pvc panels. …what do you think? Worth the effort? 🤷‍♀️

Mom adopted a 12 week old newfie puppy and 10 week old Maine c**n kitten and we adopted a 10 week old pitty rescue pup (pitty #3 for this household now). They are so sweet and fun but a LOT of work. Set us back on the timeline for finishing the grooming salon. But, kinda worth it I think. 🥰
