Farm fresh chickens are available starting today. We have whole chickens and are now selling halves as well (two halves packaged together, we've taken the spine out to help save you time!).
The whole chickens have an average weight of 6.25lbs while the halves have an average weight of 5.5lbs.
They will be frozen starting Monday so if you'd like yours fresh, stop by this weekend.

Some of the gray squash are finally ready!! These are known by several names -- Lebanese Kousa, Calabacita and Mexicana Gray are the most popular.
Denser that zucchini - they hold their shape better in cooking. And even though they grow a full shape, they are not full of large seeds. Also they have a wonderful "nutty" taste. Limited quantities, but we check them & pick daily.
