We do this after planting soybeans for several reasons, 1 better seed to soil contact, more consistent seed bed, push any rocks/rootballs in, and make for a smoother harvest and allows us to cut lower to make sure we get all the pods we can. .agriculture

is going well! Have down for roughly 15 hours of rock picking saving what I think would be 60 hours of rock picking and who knows how much savings from not running a rock through the combine! They picked 174 rocks in under an hour on 58 acres yesterday! Heritage Land Solutions

Got our first drop of baby pigs tonight. We don’t get to choose the timing. Glad to have updated with solid sides last summer. Hopefully helps use a little less propane. Still don’t think the heaters are shutting off. Also big thanks to Jay at Ag Force for helping with those terrible outside tasks when we are shorthanded!
