Do you get your lard?

Did you know that you can use your pork lard in place of oil when cooking. Anytime you would typically use vegetable oil just put some lard in your pan instead. It adds extra flavor as well as being another wholesome homegrown ingredient.

OJ had some fine helpers with the piglets today. We got them all weighed and showed them how to get outside. They will stay in the barn tonight then tomorrow we will try to get them acclimated to the big outside lot.

We provide naturally raised, high-quality pork at competitive prices: $300 for a whole hog and $150 for a half. We handle transportation to processing, while you cover processing costs and pickup. Please note that processing fees vary based on your specifications. We welcome any questions and aim to offer premium pork for under $4 per pound.
