All products are handmade in small batches. 3-5lb per batch depending on type of candy and if it is chocolate covered.

Getting ready to try something unexpected. I’m going to make a batch of caramel and add Utz pretzels flavored with Mikes hot honey into it. Will they go good together or will it be an epic fail. Only time and taste testers will tell. I will keep you posted as I try to get the candy shop back up and running again.

It has been a long time since I’ve been able to work on making candies. So now that I can again, I’m starting up candy production again. Our first batch after such a long time away will be a crowd favorite. Hawaiian Black Salt caramels! They will be showing up soon at Our House Antiques in Polo Il.

As restrictions are getting lifted, we are able to make candy again. So here is a batch of Buttered Rum caramels that will be at Our House Antiques this weekend. A big thanks to our fans that stuck with us through the “Shutdown” and limited candy production over the last two years. We hope to get back to normal candy making levels soon.

Who wants caramels? Tonight I am going to running our second candy making stream on my gaming channel. Stop by to see how it is done. I will be going live at 7pm central.

I am an amateur gamer and part time candy maker. I am hoping to be able to stream both on this channel. I was a volunteer Firefighter/EMT for 25 years. I was part of our local MABAS(Mutual Aid Box Alarm System) Technical Rescue Team.
