A brand new never done before single-origin from the high-mountains of Jinotega, Nicaragua. This coffee is produced by La Bastilla Coffee Estates, one of the country’s few truly estate-integrated specialty producers.

Nestled on volcanic soils and surrounded by the natural reserve of Cerro Datanlí El Diablo, the estate manages everything from planting to farm processing, ensuring traceability and exceptional quality.

This coffee uses a honey process, meaning the beans dry with their mucilage partially intact yielding a cup that’s naturally sweet, rounded, and rich.

Tasting Notes: Nutty, Chocolate, Blackberry
