So we’ve had this little flower bed under this birch type tree over grow with weeds each year for the last 4 years. Every year we clean it out with a plan to fix it up, and then it just grows back in and winter comes then spring and then yada yada yada. So while at work today all I really thought about was this garden. So I stopped at Edmondson's Farm - Coventry, CT, just to “look for ideas”. Well yeah. “Look for ideas” is kinda like saying you’re just going “to look” at the puppies. A quick rake to get most of the weeds out, some fresh compost, a few Cardinal flowers, a couple Salvia and some real nice wood chips from a local farmer and it’s shaped up pretty nicely.
