This slow cooker chowda is creamy, dreamy, and stupid easy 🧄🥦🥔

Get your slow cooker out and bust it up to high:

Cook 1lb bacon at 400 degrees for 20-25 min until crispy. Use the bacon grease for the fat in this recipe. Add to soup and leave bacon aside for garnish.

Slice:
4 celery stalks
1 onion
1 head of cauliflower
6 garlic cloves
6 red potatoes

Add:
8 cup chicken broth
1.5 cups heavy cream
1 bunch of fresh thyme or 3 tbs of dried thyme
3 tbs black pepper
1 tbs of salt
1 tbs of old bay
Bacon grease

Let simmer for 4-6 hours. Blend in blender. Serve immediately.

Pro tip: make homemade croutons by cutting up bread, coat with olive oil, sprinkle old bay, and bake at 400F for 6 minutes.

Garnish with bacon, chives, and croutons.

Homemade Pesto (with no nuts)
2 cups fresh basil 🌿
2 cloves garlic
5-6 tbs parmigiana
1/2 cup olive oil ( )
Salt
Fresh cracked black pepper

Blend with for 1 min.

Cook your fav pasta to , stir in your pesto, add ripped up burrata and go to town on this perfectly velvety 🥰🥰

Fuel Your Spring Fever with Protein Power! 💪

Spring into action with bowls that fuel your body and brighten your day!

In 15 minutes or less:

10 min quick farro from
Sliced cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion
Crumbled feta
Pulled rotisserie chicken 🐔
Scoop of tzatziki dip
Greek seasoning

This pasta? 🍝 Carmelized. Cheesed Up. One Pot Certified Banger.

Recipe below:

Ingredients:
1 stick butter
2 packs of refrigerated tortellini
1 onion (sliced)
Handful of thyme
1/3 cup heavy cream
4 cups Beef broth
3 tbs Sherry
Salt
Pepper
Freshly grated parm

Heat a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add in 1 stick of butter, slice onion, handful of thyme. Cook until onions caramelize (est 15 min). Add in 4 cups of beef broth. Simmer for 20 min.

Add 1/3 of heavy cream. Stir in. Add in sherry. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 3 min.

Add tortellini to pan and cook for 8 min. Add half a cup of water if needed as the pasta will continue to thicken the sauce as it cooks.

Add a generous amount of grated parm or Gruyère.

Serve and slurp immediately 🫶🏻😀
