Yesterday was a huge success!!! We sold out 😳🥰!!! And it would not have been possible without my family showing up to help. The love i felt was amazing!! Not only from my family, but from all the customers. This was a boudin ball from yesterday. How fitting?!!!!!

Im watching the weather CLOSELY for this weekend. Hopefully its not as bad as they predict. I will keep you updated as soon as I hear from the festival board. Meanwhile, want to know what 1200 boudin balls look like??? And several more rows 😉

We are preparing for the festival this weekend and I can already smell the savory goodness in the air! Preparing all this delicious boudin is definitely a labor of love, but it is going to be so worth it. 🧆 I have spent the entire day focused on perfecting every single batch to make sure it tastes just right. There is nothing quite like the excitement of sharing these flavors, including fresh Alligator and Louisiana crawfish, so all of you at the festival grounds can taste! 🎡 I really cannot wait to see everyone enjoying a hot boudin ball while soaking up the local atmosphere. Make sure you come find me and grab your fill before we run out!🐊🔥
Antique Village fall festival, 9:00-4:30 This Saturday.
