Senior Brewing Technician – LA Barnhouse Brewery (Ponchatoula, LA)

LA Barnhouse Brewery is home to Butterfly Girl Kombucha, Metamorphosis Beverages, and Blū Morpho Beverages, and is a place where craft meets creativity and every drink is made with purpose. We’re growing fast and looking for a disciplined, hard-working Senior Brewing Technician to join our production team. If you take pride in your work, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and care about quality, this job is for you!

Responsibilities
• Assist in brewing, fermentation, and beverage production
• Operate and clean brewing equipment, tanks, pumps, hoses, and lines
• Run the Wild Goose Evolution Series Canning Line
• Maintain safety protocols
• Perform sanitation tasks and maintain a clean production area
• Complete batch logs, temperature records, and production reports
• Organize cold storage and manage ingredients/materials
• Load/unload deliveries and move product on pallets
• Support R&D and test batches
• Report operational metrics to CEO and Chief of Beverage Operations weekly

Requirements
• Manufacturing, brewery, or beverage production experience preferred
• Strong work ethic, coachable, and calm and positive attitude
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in hot/cold warehouse environments
• Reliable transportation, consistent attendance
• Willing to learn, follow SOPs, and adhere to safety standards
• Detail-oriented and clean in your work style

Compensation
• $70K-80K/year depending on experience
• Growth opportunities as we expand

Some helpful information for parade day!

💜💛💚 Mardi Gras Day – Tuesday, February 17, 2026 💚💛💜

The Covington Police Department looks forward to a safe and festive Mardi Gras Day celebration in downtown Covington.

🎭 Parade Information
⏰ Roads will close at 9:00 AM, or earlier depending on crowd size
🎉 The parade will roll at 10:00 AM

Please plan to arrive early, as traffic congestion is expected.

🚗 Parking Information
• Parking along the parade route is permitted beginning 36 hours prior to parade start time
• All vehicles must be removed from the parade route within 24 hours after the start of the parade
• All parked vehicles must be positioned a minimum of 8 feet from the roadway

Vehicles not in compliance may be subject to citation or towing.

👮‍♂️ Safety Reminders
• Follow all barricades and instructions from law enforcement personnel
• Closely supervise children and designate a meeting location
• Do not enter the roadway to retrieve throws
• If consuming alcohol, arrange for a designated driver or rideshare

CPD officers and assisting agencies will be deployed throughout the parade route to help with traffic control and public safety.

🎉 Happy Friday, friends! 🎉

Phase One of our nearly 22,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art beverage manufacturing facility is almost complete! 🏭✨

New equipment is here and being set up right now!!

Our facility will be the home of three amazing beverage brands:

🦋 Butterfly Girl Kombucha – kombucha with heart.

🌌 Metamorphosis Beverages – hemp-derived THC elixirs.

💧 Blū Morpho Beverages – great-tasting and wellness-driven beverage options.

Soon, we’ll be canning our creations and sharing them online, in grocery stores, and at retail spots near you. 🛒📦

We know you’ve had questions, so here are a couple answers:

1️⃣ Will you be brewing beer?

🍺 Nope! Brewing beer isn’t part of our plan. But you will be able to enjoy beer (and our Butterfly Girl Kombucha cocktails 🍹) at The Cocoon Lounge – more details soon!

2️⃣ Will you sell food?

🍔 Yes! We’re working on the Cosmic Cowboy Cafe 🤠🌌 – serving up fun, flavorful eats to pair with our drinks.

Our mission is to make our barnhouse a colorful, inviting, and “cosmic and otherwordly” space where you can slow down, be present, and relax ✨🌠. Not everything will open at once (new buildouts take time!), but trust us—it’s going to be very cool 😎 and worth the wait. 🚀
