Not exactly what I expected to find in my inbox while on vacation… 😂

Apparently, taking ONE family vacation is illegal. 😭😂

We updated Google.
We made a Google post.
We announced it on Facebook.
We announced it on Instagram.
We’ve been posting tacos in Mexico all week… 🌮🇲🇽

…and somehow we still earned a ⭐️☆☆☆☆ review because we weren’t open. 💀

Small business life is WILD.

If you’ve ever eaten at Loco’s Kitchen, catered with us, hired us for your wedding, grabbed a taco on your lunch break, or just think fish tacos deserve a fair trial… we’d love your help.

Summer is always a balancing act for our little family business.

This time of year we’re honored to cater weddings, graduations, corporate events, and holiday celebrations. Many of these events are booked months in advance, and while we’d love to keep the truck open every day too, our small team can only be in one place at a time.

This week we’ll be closed Thursday and operating modified hours on Friday while we serve several Fourth of July catering events.

Thank you for your patience, your understanding, and for supporting every part of Loco’s Kitchen. Because of you, we’re able to celebrate with families all across our community during some of their biggest moments. ❤️

We’ll be back in action on Saturday! Come celebrate the Fourth of July with us at City Beach, where Loco’s Kitchen and Little Locos will both be popping up. 🍋 🌽 🍓

Starting this week, we’re open for dinner:
Wednesday–Friday | 11AM–6PM

That means more time for your Loco’s fix, whether you’re craving lunch, an early dinner, or breakfast all day.

And just a little reminder: our burritos can be made into bowls too, like these breakfast beauties. Same bold flavor, just fork-friendly.

Something happened today we had to share.

Almost two years ago, we catered a wedding.
We poured everything into that night and went home just hoping we made it special.

Today, the bride’s parents drove all the way from Priest River to find us.

“You catered our daughter’s wedding two years ago… we haven’t stopped thinking about those tacos.”

We couldn’t make this up. 🥹🫶🏼

This is everything to us.
The flowers are gone. The cake is long gone…
but the tacos? Those they remember.

2026 is filling up fast, and we’re now booking 2027 weddings.
