We made Mama’s Butter Sage Chicken Breast recipe tonight. Mmmm good. Easy. Just put salt and pepper on the chicken breasts. Dip in flour on both sides. Heat 3 tbs butter and 3 tbs of olive oil in skillet and add the chicken once butter is melted. Cook to 165 F temp and flip. Once cooked remove chicken and to pan add 3 more tbs butter, 8 large chopped sage leaves, 1 tsp Mama’s Organic Italian Seasoning and after 2 min add 1/2 cup each of chicken broth, and 1/4 cup of lemon juice. Once you smell the great aroma from sage add back the chicken breasts and cook for 1 min on each side and baste the butter sage mixture while cooking and on plate. That’s it! Enjoy!!!

Try this on your steak. Butter, minced fresh garlic, green peppercorns, rosemary sprigs heated in pan until butter melted. Don’t burn! Remove the sprig. Pour over your steak and don’t forget to add the olive oil, little sea salt and Mama’s Organic Steak and Burger Rub before grilling your steak.

The family and friends enjoyed Mama’s Stuffed Cabbage Casserole this week. Includes all the same ingredients as Stuffed Cabbage but so much easier to make. Mama did top the casserole dish with good quality mozzarella and bit of ketchup and wow what a great addition that is!
