Piggyback BBQ Festival is a summer celebration of music, food, bourbon, and craft beer in Pontiac’s historic downtown. This event will host some of the greatest blues and Motown cover bands, two fierce BBQ competitions, and a tasteful assortment of specialty liquors and craft beers. This festival features both an amateur and professional BBQ rib competition. Great
cooks from all over Michigan are

coming to participate. First, second, and third
place contestants in each cook-off will collect cash prizes. Celebrity judges will
choose the victors of these ruthless, savory, and unique competitions. There will be several cooking demonstrations by Dorsey throughout the evening.
