Well I’m back at it. Maybe 75% but I’m back. We will have lots of pickled okra, pickled green beans and new pickled garlic this Saturday at the Pontotoc Farmers Market. The garlic is a very limited run. As always we will have free samples for you to try it before you buy it. Come see us!

Main Farms will be at the Pontotoc Farmers Market tomorrow Saturday Aug 1st. Jeff will be the only one there as I am still recovering from my surgery.

We do have a few new products that we think you are going to really like. We have Jalapeño Hot Dog Relish and Sweet Hot Dog Relish, which has a wonderful blend of mustard, pickles and onion, and Smokey Chipotle Pickle Relish made from chipotle peppers in an adobo sauce. These are in a half pint jar and will be $5 each. Come see Jeff and get some of your favorites. He will be there from 7 am to 11 am.

As some of you know, Sonya had a large melanoma removed from the top of her foot two weeks ago and is currently immobile. Due to wearing a wound vac she is unable to sit outside in the heat so we haven’t been at the Pontotoc Farmers Market in a few weeks. We will miss this Saturday as well. She is scheduled to have a second surgery on Aug 3 so it’s going to be hit or miss for a few more weeks. We hope to be there next Saturday. In the meantime if you need some of your favorite pickles, send us a message and we can meet you in Pontotoc. We appreciate all of those who have reached out to us, prayed for us and those who continue to support us. There’s nothing like small town community.
