New Release!

Rooney!

The winner of “Help Us Name Our Next Beer”.

Rooney is a classic witbier fermented in our oak foeder.

Rooney is brewed with regional pilsner malt, malted wheat and oat malt from our friends .

We used coriander and sweet and bitter orange peel as is traditional when brewing a witbier.

This golden beer tastes of citrus, clove spice and bread.

For all the wheat beer lovers, this one’s for you.

Enjoy on draft at the farm.

Just Landed!

Oakley.

Oakley is our newest addition to our rotating Pale Ales. Brewed with Oregon-grown Simcoe and Maryland-grown Chinook hops.

We've noticed hop varieties grown in our region tend to display more rounded fruit notes than those grown out west.

The Maryland Chinook brings forward mellow passionfruit and the Simcoe drives it home with classic Pacific Northwest punchy-pithy-piney goodness.

Meadow.

Meadow is a blend of farm beers with 100% Maryland ingredients.

Meadow is fermented with our house culture and aged in oak barrels for 20 months with estate-grown lemongrass & coriander.

Meadow is a great citrusy spritzer with bright lemon on the nose and dry refreshing finish.

To us this farm beer hits like a funky version of a classic shandy.

Enjoy on draft at the farm.

Wander

Peach season has a different meaning around here.

Wander is an oak aged Farm Beer brewed with 100% Maryland-grown barley & raw wheat, fermented with our house mixed culture, and conditioned on over 1,000 pounds of estate-grown yellow & white peaches.

Wander is bright, spritzy, and tart with huge peach aroma and flavor.

Perfect for the end of summer and beyond.

Available by the bottle on the farm or take away.

SUMMER ‘23

Summer ‘23 is an oak-aged and blended seasonal farm beer.

This blend consists of mixed culture farm beers ranging in age from 14-16 months and young turbid mashed spontaneous beer.

These special blends are a representation of time, place, and patience with each blend showcasing new, subtle changes that occur during extended aging.

Summer ‘23 is light, spritzy, and full of flavors of overripe pineapple, natural white wine, and mineral waters.

Available by the bottle at the farm or takeaway.

MISHA.

Misha is a Zwickel-style Kölsch brewed with Rabbit Hill Pilsner and Bear Branch Munich malts, hopped exclusively with Comet, and fermented with our favorite Kölsch yeast from our friends at Jasper Yeast.

Misha combines everything we love about Zwickel-style lagers, crisp kölsch ales, and hoppy pale ales.

This one is bright, fruity, and fun; a real summer crusher.

Available on draft and in cans in the coming weeks.
